Established in 1990, we are based at Caddsdown Business Park in Bideford, providing a comprehensive range of care and support services within the Bideford & Barnstaple area.
We can provide care for the elderly, convalescent and disabled in the comfort their own homes and also cater for respite needs in clients' homes when family carers need a break.
People with mental health problems, physical disabilities, dementia, sensory impairment, older people and adults with terminal illness can all be attended to by our team of friendly reliable staff. We pride ourselves on providing quality support to people of all ages, making it possible for them to be cared for in their own homes for as long as possible.
Our expert care also enables people to return to their own homes from hospital or accommodation elsewhere by providing a safe, caring and reliable home care service to all, irrespective of age, gender, disability, ethnic origin, sexuality, religious or political beliefs.
The care provided by us takes into account the needs and wishes of each individual client and maximises independence. Physical and emotional welfare are of paramount importance.
We are very keen to point out that we are a private company and not an agency. All our members of staff are CRB checked, NVQ level 2/3/4 trained and fully insured.
A variety of services of services are on offer, with hours tailored to suit your needs from 1 to 24 hours a day.
Person care duties carried out during the day may include washin, dressing and undressing and feeding or assisting with meals. Night-time availability can off support and reassurance in the client's home between 10pm and 7am, 365 days a year.
We also offer domestic services, and can perform duties a client may find difficult: laundry, ironing, hoovering, shopping, cooking and meal preparation can be undertaken.
